We generally ship orders between 1-3 business days once it’s placed.

Holidays and weekends doesn’t apply when shipping. We only ship during business hours/days.

Shipping cost are NON-REFUNDABLE.

You are fully responsible for your returns shipping. In the event a refund is granted the shipping will deducted from your refund.

Shipping times varies depending on your location and the availability of the merchandise.

We ship using Canada Post, FedEx or DHL  for both local and international deliveries.

Once your order leaves our facilities and shipping confirmation is provided to you via email address on your account, please contact  Canada Post, FedEx or DHL for any questions or concerns regarding your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed and charged once a shipment reaches your country. The duties and taxes fees are generally 20% of your merchandise’s total price, though this is just a guideline, and actual charges may vary from country to country. To get accurate international taxes and duties estimations, please contact your local customs office regarding country policies.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs, duties, and taxes imposed on your orders. We have no control over fees applied to your order after it leaves our warehouse. We must declare full purchase price on all merchandise bought through us by law, and we cannot change prices to lower your international customs fees.

You are required by law to pay any international taxes and duties. Otherwise, customs will not clear your package.

Please also keep in mind that customs clearance can cause delivery delays.

If you return your order to us for any reason, please be aware that you are responsible for all charges incurred, including original packaging shipping fees, duties and taxes, and the cost of return shipping. We will issue a refund to you after all of the charges above are deducted from your order total. If the expenses incurred exceed the total order amount, you will not receive a refund.

DAMAGES & RETURNS

We ONLY accept damaged product returns if the customer notifies us of the damage and ships them within 24 hours of its arrival date. Anything shipped after the 24 hour return period will NOT be accepted.

Please note that you MUST send us an email notifying us of the damages. Please include pictures and a description of the damage.

For you to qualify for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You MUST get approval before shipping any damaged merchandise, which can be obtained by emailing us immediately after receiving your order.

If the approval process for exchanges, returns, and damages takes longer than the time limit of 24 hours, your merchandise should be shipped within 12hrs after the process approval date.
