All of our rugs are hand tufted and made and welcome custom designs.
These are custom designs and will take 20 to 25 days to complete. For our rug, we use 100% wool that is both high quality and long lasting.
We ship our products via FedEx express delivery, which typically takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive.
Shedding of loose fibres is normal and a natural result of the process used to create our high-quality handmade wool rugs. The shedding will decrease with regular vacuuming and proper care.
It is recommended to use a Rug Pad.
